Wolverhampton 360, Recovery Near You’s young people’s service, was onsite for the opening of Wolverhampton’s new Youth Zone, ‘The Way’ in January. ‘The Way’ is a purpose-built facility for the city’s young people aged 8 – 19 (and 25 with disabilities).
‘The Way’ provides a safe environment where young people can come and enjoy themselves and enables them to raise their aspirations and confidence to create a happier and healthier generation.
‘The Way’ offers a one-stop all-inclusive hub for children and teenagers in the city to socialise, play and learn. It is located on Worcester Street in Wolverhampton and offers a multitude of activities for young people to partake in, such as rock climbing, football, basketball, martial arts, fitness and dance, arts and crafts, media and music, enterprise, wellbeing and self-improvement.
The state-of-the-art facility boasts a high-spec music room, a 3G pitch, enterprise media suite, climbing wall, multi-use four-court sports hall, cafe, dance studio, gym, cooking area, general recreation area and much more.
W360 will be at ‘The Way’ every Wednesday and Thursday night between 5pm and 7pm, so come down and meet the team. Find out more about our young people’s services here.
