In this video, Hannah, a member of the team explains the different ways people can access the service. Some people are referred from other treatment or clinical services after stabilising their substance use, while others can access the service directly following an assessment.
Depending on their needs, people may receive one-to-one relapse prevention support or take part in tailored educational courses covering problematic drug or alcohol use.
The video also explains what to expect when you arrive. You’ll be welcomed by a member of the keywork team, who can help with your appointment, answer any immediate questions and make sure you’re connected with the right member of staff for your support.
