Wolverhampton 360: Supporting young people and families
In this video, Kacey of the Wolverhampton 360 team explains how the service supports young people and families affected by drug and alcohol use. Our bespoke substance misuse service works with children and young people aged 5–17 who are affected by someone else’s substance use, as well as young people using substances themselves and adults affected by another person’s drug or alcohol use.
The team provides personalised support, including harm reduction, psychosocial interventions and help to understand triggers, emotions and wider aspects of health and wellbeing. Support is tailored to each individual, with sessions extended where safeguarding concerns require it.
The video also explores what makes Wolverhampton 360 different, highlighting the diverse experiences and approaches within the team and the importance of building relationships that help young people feel understood and supported.
